SCITRON supplies a range of charging solutions: AC (slow/fast) chargers for residential and commercial sites (3.3kW–22kW), and DC fast chargers for public and fleet use (50kW–350kW). Form factors include wall-mounted units, pedestal/station installations, and compact curbside kiosks.

We support industry-standard connectors: CCS (Combo) for most modern EVs, CHAdeMO where required, and Type 2 (Mennekes) for AC charging. Tethered and untethered (socket) options are available. OCPP-compatible backends and protocol adapters are offered for fleet and networked deployments.

Charging time depends on battery capacity and charger power: AC home chargers (3–7 kW) typically take 4–12 hours; AC commercial (11–22 kW) 2–6 hours. DC fast chargers (50–350 kW) can provide 20–80% charge in 15–60 minutes, depending on vehicle acceptance rate.

SCITRON stations support multiple payment flows: RFID/ID cards, mobile app payments, UPI and QR, and credit/debit card terminals. Units include Ethernet, 4G/5G or Wi‑Fi connectivity for remote monitoring, telemetry and firmware updates. Backend integrations (OCPP) enable roaming and network billing.

Typical installs require a dedicated power supply (single or three‑phase depending on charger power), adequate earthing, protected circuit breakers, and a site load assessment. Space, parking layout, CCTV, lighting and civil works (pillars, concrete pads, bollards) should be planned. SCITRON provides site surveys and an installation checklist.

Standard warranty is 12 months; extended warranties and annual maintenance contracts are available. We offer remote diagnostics, predictive alerts via IoT telemetry, spare‑parts support, and SLAs for on‑site service depending on your plan (commonly 24–72 hours). Managed operations and uptime guarantees are available for fleet customers.
